ANELGO helps collect the product details for a preliminary route and carrier review. No product category is accepted automatically.
What to share before requesting a quote
- Product name, model and clear photos
- Battery chemistry and watt-hour rating (Wh); cell/battery count
- Battery installed in equipment, packed with equipment, or shipped separately
- UN 38.3 test summary and available safety data / transport documents
- Carton dimensions, gross weight, quantity, origin and destination city/country
Do not dispatch batteries until the carrier and route requirements have been confirmed in writing. Document requirements may differ by mode, packaging and shipment configuration.
