FCL Container Loading Plan: Avoid Door-End and Weight-Distribution Problems

Fcl Container Loading Plan Weight Distribution · Buyer checklist · October 17, 2026

What should an importer approve in a full-container loading plan?

Start with the exact product and shipment

A load plan should show how cargo fits, how weight is distributed, which cartons can be stacked and how the load will be secured. Poorly controlled loading can create shifting, damage or unloading hazards.

Make the handoff actionable

Share carton/pallet dimensions and weights, center-of-gravity concerns, loading order and unload sequence. Ask the factory to photograph container condition, first layer, mid-load, restraint and seal number, then retain the final packing count.

Confirm the boundary before cargo moves

Do not treat one loading photo as proof that every carton is present or properly secured. Align inspection and claims evidence requirements before stuffing.

Prepare a quote request

Include the product name and model, supplier city and pickup address, destination ZIP code, cargo-ready date, total pieces, packed dimensions and gross weight. State whether freight is palletized, stackable, temperature-sensitive or subject to special handling. For regulated or restricted goods, attach the current product documents and request written carrier review before delivery to the warehouse. Review the [relevant ANELGO service page](/services/battery-electronics-shipping.html) and send the details through the [shipment inquiry form](../index.html#quote).
